What a nice little hike on a very fine day. This hike outside of Bozeman Montana is a mere 2.1 mile loop. With 656' elevation gain it offers a nice pop of exercise without commandeering the whole day.

The flowers were OUT. And a few attractive birds. While we did not have the trail to ourselves, neither was it overrun.

Say HI to the goats on the way out. There are plenty of them, at least on the day we were there, to eat up an area needing to be cleared. They were doing a fine job. Do try this hike. It's a pleaser.
