This stunning area is famous for it's wildflower bloom. We were there for the dual sport riding but still enjoyed the flowers. The metal sculptures in town were fun along with other sights to enjoy. Most of the riding was fairly straightforward. One thick patch of mud almost unseated Darice. Loud yelps were heard as she came to a shaky stop after getting through the muck with the rear tire doing a wild slip-and-slide. The whole thing was witnessed by some folks traveling the same road in a truck not far behind the bikes. The driver of the truck leaned out his window with a big grin on his face saying, "That was amazing! I thought you were was going down for sure!! I'm so glad you're ok!". The only thing on Darice's face was white paste and sweat, forget the grins.

Mark rode both bikes through water covering the road at one point. Up to his knees wet, he made it look easy! Also took on a smaller puddle for both riders.
